Veterans-express in a private company assisting seniors in finding health services and living situations for the following: assisted living, board and cares and retirements communities, skilled nursing, home care, adult day care, seniors centers and other assistance programs. We assist our families/seniors/veterans in learning about the VA “aid and attendance” benefit at no charge to them and no charge to the communities. We do not charge application fees for it is a federal offense to do so according to the VA administration 800.827.1000. You should never pay an application fee from any person or company. These are not our words but the VA administrations words.
Conduct: You must never charge a person or community to file VA applications for it is a federal offense according to the VA administration department. You will be asked questions about your service or community to help us better understand what you do and to help create a good match for our seniors. We speak to each senior/veteran/ family member directly and do our best to match you with our seniors/veterans/families that are in need of your services. You may not allow anyone else to use your email, passwords or access your member centers or you will breech the security of the site. We have the right to refuse service to anyone that does not follow the rules of our site. Sharing your leads with non members is prohibited.
Personal Information: Veterans Express does not share your information with any organization or sell this information to any organization. After your information is reviewed, we destroy all documents. They are only seen by the persons in our office only for the purpose of helping the individual find an assisted living and the benefits they may have available to them. Veterans Express is not affiliated with the VA administration. We are a private company that helps veterans/seniors find assisted livings and other services while informing them on VA benefits to possibly help pay for rent and services. We do not charge for application processing ever.
Release: You release from claims or damages or any demands of every kind and nature understood or not understood suspected or not suspected disclosed and undisclosed from any of our providers of any kind on this site or affiliated with us in anyway.
Warranty: Use the site at your own risk. This site is provided on an “As is available” basis. By becoming a member you agree that you are acting as an agent of the operator of the described facility and may authorize your order. Veteran Express is a subscription service that is performed for the operator of the facility and the service transfers to any new owner of the facility's operation. The facility is billed annually for continuation of the subscription. If the facility elects to cancel the subscription, it may terminate in writing within 15 days after the date of the annual billing. After that date the annual fee becomes due and payable. If the facility closes or elects to terminate the subscription within the term of this agreement, they may do so by notifying us in writing. The annual subscription fee or any unused portion is non-refundable.
Veterans Express is not a financial insurance company and does not do business with financial insurance companies. We do not have a program for sale other then our directory.
